Hi All,We currently have a document library on our website, however we have had feedback from customers that its not easy to navigate.As a result we are exploring the possibility of using our Open Data Portal as a home of a new “Technical Library” containing 200+ pdfs etc of supporting documents. Now it seems that after about 80 additional attachments I cant add anymore. As a DNO, we are very cautious around data security so essentially I need a solution where the documents can be stored on the Portal itself in an ideal world, because using options like github, sharepoint etc arent really viable as getting permission would likely be a dead end.Anyone got any ideas or examples of similar resources? Potential to spilt the attachments over multiple datasets but that becomes a bit of a nightmare to maintain/policeThanksRyan

As there is still missing a button that hides a public dataset from catalog, we’re trying to do a workaround.For that, we would like to incorporate a public dataset of our secondary workspace, which isn’t publicly promoted, into a dashboard/code-editor’s page of our primary workspace. Has someone tried something similar? However its only showing years. My dataportal has data for a number of Local Authorities in the UK. I want to use the Territory/Geographic filter (or some filter) so people can select the geography they are interested in i.e Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley etc.When I enable the territory filter it requires me to select a default location. But, there is no way to choose another of the locations within my datasets. Its my default or nothing. How can people navigate the catalogue for their chosen geography without having to hack the URL?

I have a little code block on a custom view/code page which links to the dataset. The URL sync is on if that helps. Or do I need to hard code the refine.arealabel into the URL path?

However, for the map I want this to ignore anything made to the 3rd filter “area_name” but respect all other filters. Does anyone have any tips on how to shape data in our portals to work better with the AI tools? The concern from our leadership is someone will ask a question and if the data contains too many filterable items it could return an incorrect result.Is there any guidelines on how to better shape the data to make it easier for AI to understand and provide results?

Are there plans to add more mapping capability for Studio Maps - for example clusters, dots and shapes and heat maps - same functionality that is shown in Map Builder? 

As I’m trying to create a page with the code editor, I’m facing an issue with the refinement of datasets.To automate a line chart for different contexts, so that I can select one dataset of a list of many datasets and use the same ods-chart tag, I want to refine all the contexts before referencing on them in the chart widget. But the important aspect of my question is this: For this refinement, it would be more convenient for me to define the values that should be excluded, instead of the ones that should be included.Is there a possibility to do so?Thank you all in advance! :)

I want to display the evolution of population in all districts of Würzburg with a line chart. For that I use this dataset.In order to compare the districts, I created a series-breakdown on “Stadtbezirk” facet. But since there are 13 districts, this looks a little bit confusing. At the moment, one could unselect several districts by hand by clicking on them in the legend. Hello,Using the dataset named “ods-api-monitoring”, I am able to know the number of download for a specific dataset. However, I would like to perform this task every month, that’s why I want to automate this process using python. I tried to filter the dataset and take the link of the csv generated in order to upload it on python. Nevertheless, I have an error while launching the program, it seems that it has a link with the authentification on the plateform. Do we have access to an API for the dataset “ods-api-monitoring” ?  Or is there another recommended way to retrieve this information?Thank you for your help.Best regards,Eva Berry

Hello dear community,I’m having an issue with sorting in the filter. I created a dropdown filter with the names of care homes. The problem is that the alphabetical order doesn’t prioritize uppercase and lowercase letters correctly. I have care homes named "dandelion" and "irides" which are lowercase and appear at the very end of the filter.
