Bookmarks are a new feature introduced in our new marketplace experience. You can find more about it in our user guide but I believe this should answer your need. You can look into our transition guide if you’re not using the marketplace experience yet.
Regarding user feedback, this is something we’re currently exploring. Can you tell us more about what kind of feedback you would like to collect? (ratings, feedbacks regarding a specific record in a dataset, generic feedback about an asset etc)
