With our latest updates, we’ve evolved the way filters and sorting work on your portal to give you more flexibility. Here is a quick recap of what’s changed and how you can make the most of it.
🔍 Filters: more power to customize
Filtering is now much more flexible and tailored to your specific needs:

Filter by anything : any metadata field—including your own custom fields—can now become a filter. Administrators can configure this by navigating to
Catalog > Settings. -
Territory map filter update : the legacy "Territory" map filter has been removed.

💡 Recommended workaround: if you rely on this, simply create a custom "Territory" metadata field and expose it as a standard filter in your catalog.

Active filters summary : the quick overview of selected criteria at the top of the side panel is temporarily unavailable. It is slated to be reintegrated in an upcoming update!
↕️ Sorting: smarter defaults
We have streamlined our sorting options to keep your catalog clean and relevant :

Streamlined options : sorting by "popularity" and "number of records" has been removed.

Admin-defined defaults : administrators can now set a default sort order (such as alphabetical or by modification date) directly from
Catalog > Settings.
⚠️ Note on semantic search : to ensure you get the most accurate results, default sorting is automatically disabled during a semantic search. It will remain active, however, for standard title, description, or keyword searches.
