For a spatial dataset, I can add an additional geographic projection e.g. 27700 for BNG in the backoffice. But this doesn’t appear in the export tab as an option, and my testing shows that the export is still in WGS84 - the default. Am I missing something or is this feature not working in the marketplace experience?

You’re right; this is one of the areas we didn’t prioritise when implementing the marketplace and the dataset export feature.
However, we’ll be reviewing the export system very soon and have already planned to overhaul the selection of geographical data export parameters to enable them to be displayed on the front office.
However, the Explore API has not changed in this respect, and you can use the espg parameter to select the projection system when calling the API.
