The national portal has informed me that there has to be a licence for the catalog itself not only for the datasets.
This is not possible to do in the portal. You can’t assign a licence (e .g. CC0) to the catalog. Is this something unique for the swedish instance of DCAT_AP or something that more opendatasoft customers wants?
