We often want to do a metadata only update via the Backoffice UI.
For example we want to update a date field, press save and then publish.
When we do this for some reason ODS then processes and refreshes the dataset which at times can take over 30 minutes to process and publish (and then may have problems with doing this due to at timeout).

This is an improvement that we had in mind for the future of the platform. Your feedback is valuable as it supports the need for this improvement.
